Winter Season - Onsen Receptionist

Job Description
- Handling Private Onsen bookings.
- Greeting Guests when they come to the Onsen and answering general enquiries.
- Tidying and cleaning up the Private Onsens after Guest use.
- Replenishing towels and bath amenities for the Onsens as well as tidying up.
- Assisting the guests on how to use the onsen.
- Assisting colleagues in other positions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Passionate about hospitality service with previous hospitality experience a plus.
- Professional Attitude.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Basic first-aid skills desirable.
- Japanese - some spoken desirable but not essential.
Job Particulars
Pay Rate
- ¥1,400 - ¥1,650 per hour.
- 25% overtime rate for hours worked above prescribed working hours for the month.
- 25% late night work rate for work between 10pm and 5am.
Employment Period
- 25 November 2024 - 31 Mar, 2025.
- Paid training at the start of the season.
Hours
- Generally 5 days per week, around 40 hours per week.
- Hours will vary through the season depending on business levels with less hours at the start and end of the season and occasional overtime during peak periods.
