Introducing Kumo Restaurant's very limited time set menu - Kasagumo
The talented chefs at Kumo Restaurant, situated on Level 1 of Skye Niseko, have prepared a very special set menu, available for one week only during Golden Week.
This Kasagumo set menu is crafted to be shared between 2 guests and features a daikon soft cheese spread, agedashi tofu, grilled mackerel, sashimi, braised pork kamameshi, all topped off with a refreshing serving of melon ice cream.

The Grand Hirafu lifts will continue to operate until Sunday, May 7th, providing the perfect opportunity to savor the last of the season's snow during Golden Week.
With clear blue skies, less crowded slopes, and the delightful spring slush, a day spent on the mountain is highly recommended. While the snow at the base has melted away, the peak still boasts over 2 metres of snow cover.
